How it WorksThe Cup Classic is a four-week long online golf tournament played using UTour Golf.
There are two tiers, one aimed at Basic players and a tier aimed at Players' Club members.
Tier One - Basic Members
Basic members are invited to participate in four free entry, four-day tournaments held during the Cup Classic II. The top-10 ranked Basic golfers in each tournament will receive a Cup Classic II t-shirt. Participants are limited to winning one Cup Classic II t-shirt in the Cup Classic II.
Tier Two - Players' Club Members
Online Golf Tournaments
There will be three Qualifying Rounds of tournaments and a Final Round over four weeks. Each round is comprised of four tournaments.
Golf game players do not have to participate in all four tournaments in a qualifying round to qualify for the final round. Final Round qualification is determined by a player's cumulative stroke and bonus score across all four tournaments in a qualifying round. A player can only qualify for the Final Round once.
Divisions
The Players' Club tier is comprised of five divisions of golf play. Divisions are used for two purposes. The first is to ensure golfers are ranked fairly amongst each other. The second is to track entry fee contributions to each Division's prize pool.
A player's inclusion in a division is determined by their maximum lifetime cash Skill Rating (The Skill Rating used to determine tournament entrance eligibility in the tournament lobby) at the beginning of their first game in the Cup Classic II.
